Structure & Safety Enclosure: Twin cantilevered tubular masts for strength, ease of viewing and preventative maintenance. Not sheet steel with cut-outs and patch doors. Wire mesh 2" x 2" (50 x 50mm) safety enclosure. Free standing full height or in 8'-0" (2.4M) modules.
Finish: Sadler medium blue industrial machinery enamel on steam cleaned phosphated steel.
Controls: Control panel pre-engineered for standard up or down travel in "auto" mode with safety interlocks for lift bed and feed conveyors. Reversing controls and additional field devices available as optional extra.
Installation and Assembly: Each vertical conveyor is pre-wired, pre-tested with feed conveyors and shipped completely assembled by dedicated truck or container. When not completely assembled at the factory (due to height), modules fit together quickly and easily. Work can be done by your crew under our supervision or entirely by Sadler's installation specialists.
