Sadler engineers and manufacturers two types of vertical conveyors.
For case handling up to 500 lb. loads:
- Reciprocating 2 strand vertical conveyor VRC for low rates of 1 - 3 CPM
- Continuous 4 strand vertical conveyor VCC for faster rates from 4 - 25 CPM
For pallet handling, reciprocating single cable vertical conveyors handle rates of 1 PPM and loads to 4000 lb.
Standard models are available based on size and weight of load. While VRC's and VCC's are assembled from pre-engineered modular components, every vertical conveyor is customized to suit the particular conditions of load and operation.The closer to the standard the more economical the price & the faster the delivery.
