Sadler Uni-Flo Belt Conveyors are engineered for Normal and Light Duty loads - cases, boxes, bags & small parts handling.

The Uni-Flo Jr. has a 4" end drive up to 1HP while the standard Uni-Flo has a 7" or 9" drive pulley in end and center drives with up to 3 HP.
 

Filling/Packing Line Layout


This layout represents a filling/packing line showing small parts being conveyed on cleated belt conveyors into bags and cases and then on to extendible belt conveyors.

SADLER UNI-FLO FEATURES

Uni-Flo: The most versatile and complete line of powered conveyors. All Uni-Flo products interchange and combine quickly and easily.

Construction: Supports, beds and drives are bolted together for quick alteration or relocation in the field. Rollers drop into slotted, strong, lightweight box channel frames.

B52 Open Box Channel Frame and supports: The key to the universality of the design. The same frame is used for the 7 bed styles and the LSQ-50 line shaft live roller conveyor. (separate brochure)

Uni-Flo Jr. Light Duty End Drive: This 4" End Drive is used for conveying light loads. It can be mounted to the side or under the conveyor for both the belt on slider and belt on roller beds as well as for cleated belt conveyors. The compact gearmotor comes in a variety of voltages and speeds.

Drive Station for Uni-Flo Normal Duty: Truly universal. Interchange from one Uni-Flo conveyor to another as a unit by removing 4 bolts. Accepts wide variety of motors and gear reducers. Can be used as a center or an end drive

Tail Feed & Nose Over: These allow a smooth transition from horizontal to incline on interfloor conveyors,without package tumbling or jamming.

Side Guides & Side Tables: May be added for security when working alongside the conveyor.

H Supports & Hangers: Also available in open box channel design from 4" to 10 ft or longer.

Ease of Maintenance: All components easily accessible, reducing down-time.

Safety: Drive pulleys and belt housed within the frame. No protruding axles, shafts, chain guards to catch on clothing. Free-running bed rollers pop out if clothing or foreign objects become snared.

Appearance: Clean, sleek lines. All metal parts finished in durable Sadler Blue industrial enamel.

SEVEN SADLER UNI-FLO BED STYLES

All Uni-Flo conveyor beds use Sadler's unique B52 open box channel frame.

    1. Belt on Roller: For most package transportation. Maximum load for minimum HP.
    2. Belt on Slider: For package transportation when loads are light or extra package stability is required.
    3. Troughed Belt on Roller: For small parts or light to medium duty bulk handling. Variety of belt and bearing styles.
    4. Troughed Belt on Slider: For light loads or where items may fall off the belt between rollers or bulk material may seize bearings.
    5. Tableveyor: True assembly-line conveyor. Work can be performed on either side . Excellent for packing stations
    6. Live Roller - Belt Driven:For side loading and transfer points in warehouse applications.
    7. PFA (Pressure Free Accumulation): A live roller bed with pressure rollers controlled in zones - pneumatically / electronically for Zero Pressure zone accumulation.
